The Sunday before Daniel left, Dr. Jacob and his wife Geralde had a going away party for Daniel at their house in Les Cayes. Aside from the delicious food, the company was great as well.

Dr. Jacob has been a friend of Daniel's family for quite some time. He has been to the States to visit them, and will be going back soon. Daniel's Dad, Dr. Blood, will be back in November to work with Dr. Jacob.
Just wondering about the delicious food....what was on the menu? Just curious and nosey.
ReplyDeletewe had fried plantains, rice, goat, fresh passion fruit juice, fish, and for dessert a DELICIOUS pineapple upside down cake. I think i like friend plantains now better than french fries... i am going to need to learn how to make them so i can have them when i come home. love you mom!
